Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed with care from our base in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Physical items are packaged and shipped directly from our studio, while print-on-demand products are fulfilled through our printing partners.
If your order includes both, they may arrive in separate parcels. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.
Please ensure all shipping addresses supplied can receive standard mail. Any items returned as undeliverable or requiring re-delivery may incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected products and delivery location.
We offer standard options within Aotearoa, as well as international shipping to selected countries.
Please note that when purchasing items from both our print-on-demand range and physical collections, combined shipping rates may apply at checkout.
International Orders
We’re based in Aotearoa New Zealand. For international customers, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes when it arrives in your country.
These charges are set and collected by your local customs agency or postal service.
Whispers of Aroha does not collect or pay these fees — they are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.
Delivery Timeframes
Products are currently targeted for shipping on Fridays. Estimated delivery dates will be outlined in your shipping email with tracking number.
Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for rural and international deliveries.
